GN Separation has recently completed the manufacturing and assembly of a sludge dewatering screw press package for a European client. The complete system has successfully passed factory inspection and is now ready for shipment, marking another successful delivery of GN’s sludge treatment equipment to the European market.

The package includes a GNDL303 Sludge Dewatering Screw Press and a GNSJY3000 Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit, designed to work together as an integrated sludge dewatering solution. The system is suitable for continuous sludge treatment applications where efficient solid-liquid separation, reliable operation, and reduced sludge volume are required.
The GNDL303 Sludge Dewatering Screw Press utilizes a slowly rotating screw within a specially designed dewatering section. Through gradual compression and gravity drainage, free water is separated from the sludge while the solids are continuously conveyed toward the discharge outlet. Compared with conventional mechanical dewatering equipment, the screw press features low rotational speed, low energy consumption, and stable continuous operation, while requiring relatively limited maintenance.

The GNSJY3000 chemical dosing unit provides controlled preparation and dosing of polymer solution to improve sludge flocculation and enhance the dewatering performance of the screw press. The dosing system is designed for convenient operation and reliable chemical feeding, helping maintain stable treatment performance.
Before shipment, GN’s technical and production teams carried out comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including mechanical components, electrical systems, chemical dosing equipment, and overall package assembly. The completed system is now prepared for overseas transportation and installation at the client’s site.
GN Separation continues to provide customized sludge dewatering solutions for municipal, industrial, and environmental applications worldwide, combining reliable equipment with practical process engineering support.
