GN Separation has recently completed the manufacturing and delivery of a GNLS3073 Large Linear Vibrating Screen for a domestic mining company. Before manufacturing, GN engineers conducted finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize the equipment structure. The vibration parameters and structural design were carefully evaluated and adjusted to minimize the risk of resonance during operation, reduce excessive vibration loads, and extend the service life of the complete machine.
The GNLS3073 Large Linear Vibrating Screen also features an optimized vibration beam structure. Its rectangular-tube supporting cross beams provide high structural strength while maintaining a reasonable overall weight. Key welded components undergo professional stress-relief treatment after welding, helping to improve structural stability and fatigue resistance during continuous operation.
