GN Stack Vibrating Screen for Overseas Mining Plant

With the continuous growth of global demand for mineral resources, efficient and reliable screening equipment has become increasingly important in modern mining operations. Recently, GN Separation successfully supplied more than 10 sets of vibrating screening equipment for a domestic ilmenite mining project, including GN stack vibrating screens and large Banana Vibrating Screens.

The successful deployment once again highlights GN’s strong manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise in the field of mineral processing and fine material screening.

GN stack vibrating screens are primarily designed for wet screening, classification, and dewatering of fine-grained materials in mineral processing, coal preparation, and related industries. Depending on process requirements, the equipment can be configured with 2 to 5 screen decks, providing flexible solutions for various operating conditions.

As a self-developed product, the GN Stack Vibrating Screen adopts an advanced two-degree-of-freedom resonance principle. The system is driven by dual vibration motors operating as a single vibration source, generating stable linear motion throughout the machine. This design ensures high screening efficiency, smooth material transportation, and reliable long-term operation.

Compared with conventional screening equipment, the GN Stack Vibrating Screen offers several key advantages, including high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, low energy consumption, and stable operating performance. Its compact and optimized structural design simplifies maintenance while enhancing reliability in demanding mining applications.

In addition, the screen is equipped with high-quality polyurethane screen panels, which provide excellent wear resistance, extended service life, and reduced maintenance costs. These features make the GN Stack Vibrating Screen one of the most advanced and cost-effective solutions for fine material classification currently available on the market.

For coarse and medium particle size screening, GN also supplied stack vibrating screens for this ilmenite processing project. The GN Banana Vibrating Screen mainly consists of a box-type vibration exciter, screen box, damping springs, support frame, and drive system. The equipment utilizes linear vibration motion to ensure efficient material conveying and high screening performance.

One of the key advantages of the Banana Vibrating Screen is its multi-stage curved screen deck design with continuously varying inclination angles. The larger angle at the feed end allows materials to move rapidly and stratify quickly, improving the screening of easy-to-separate particles. As materials move toward the discharge end, the inclination angle gradually decreases, slowing the material flow and increasing particle retention time on the screen surface. This significantly improves screening probability and overall separation efficienc

With reliable product quality, strong engineering capability, and extensive experience in the mining and mineral processing industries, GN continues to provide advanced screening and separation solutions to customers worldwide. The successful operation of more than 10 sets of GN vibrating screens in this domestic ilmenite mining project further demonstrates GN’s ability to deliver efficient, stable, and cost-effective equipment solutions for large-scale mineral processing applications.
